Purpose

This page outlines how to request access from clients' Facebook accounts so that we can run their ads efficiently and successfully. 

Application

This usually applies to the project manager, who corresponds with the client and initiates the project. 

1. Use Canned Responses

Please use the canned response on Teamwork to ensure you request everything you need from the client. This will include access to their Facebook account and Pixel, if they have one.

2. Request from Client

Through Teamwork, send a message to the client through the support ticket (which should be created at the same time as the project). If this is your first time communicating with the client, send a quick, one-sentence introduction about who you are and what role you cover at Buzz.

Then, proceed to ask for the needed access. Typically, all we really need from the client is access to their Facebook page, as we normally build the ad account under our own Buzz MCC, as indicated in How to Set Up a New Facebook Ads Account. Share the link and emphasize that they need to be acting as the page in order to either send an invite or see our request to access their page.
