Purpose

Our dress code ensures that all employees maintain a professional appearance while enjoying the flexibility of a more relaxed dress code.

Application

The office casual dress code policy applies to all Buzz Marketing employees. This includes full-time and part-time staff and interns across all departments and all levels of the organization.

Overall Appearance

Employees are expected to dress clean, neat, and professional to represent Buzz Marketing's brand and culture appropriately. 

Acceptable Attire

  • Tops: Collared shirts, newer t-shirts, casual blouses (without slogans or offensive graphics), sweaters, and cardigans. 
  • Bottoms: Casual pants, khakis, newer fashion-forward jeans (without rips or excessive fading), cargo/dress shorts, skirts, or dresses of an appropriate length. Jeans should be clean, without fraying, and fit well to maintain a professional appearance. 
  • Footwear: Closed-toe shoes, loafers, dress sneakers in good condition, and flats. Heels of a practical height are also acceptable. 

Unacceptable Attire

  • No athletic wear, beachwear, flipflops, or slippers.
  • No clothing with offensive or inappropriate logos, slogans, or images.
  • No excessively tight, loose, or transparent.

Fridays and Special Days

Casual Fridays or designated days allow for more relaxed clothing.

Meeting and Client Interaction

Employees should opt for more formal attire when attending meetings, presentations, or representing the company in external engagements.

Personal Hygiene  

Employees are expected to maintain good personal hygiene and neat appearance at all times.

Seasonal Adjustments

Seasonal variations in attire are acceptable, provided that they meet the overall standard of professionalism and appropriateness.

Compliance

Failure to comply with dress code policy may result in a verbal warning, followed by written warnings for repeated offences.

The dress code policy balances professionalism with comfort, reflecting Buzz Marketing's dynamic and innovative culture. Employees are encouraged to express their style within the bounds of the policy to maintain a cohesive and professional workplace environment.
