Application
All employees should follow the expected turnaround times for the project types.
Website Projects
Websites up to 5 pages: 6-8 weeks.
For longer websites: 8-12 weeks.
Onboarding and kickoff meetings should be booked within a week of the project deposit being paid.
Graphic Design
Logo project: 3 weeks (this allows enough time for client responses in between the 3 different rounds).
Other: 2 weeks but can vary.
Auto Ads: ASAP.

SEO
SEO clients sign on for 6 months and, based on their budget, will have an allotted monthly amount. The team should start the SEO work within the first month and track hours diligently. Depending on the scope, the SEO work is normally broken into different chunks until we run out of time.
Ads
Access request: Within 48 hours of the project deposit being paid.
Facebook Ads: Ads account should be set up within 2 days of the kickoff meeting.
Google Ads: Ads account should be setup within 3 days of kickoff.
Multimedia
Photography: Edited and raw photos should be sent out within 1 business day.
Video: Sent to the client within 1 week.
