Purpose

This page outlines the procedures for using Buzz Marketing's studio facilities. It ensures that each service provided on the second floor, including headshots, product photography, content creation, podcasts, and videos, is conducted efficiently. Moreover, it guarantees that the studio is left clean and organized for the next shoot.

Application

This procedure applies to all employees and clients who utilize the Buzz marketing studio facilities for the mentioned services.

1. Scheduling

Clients must schedule studio time in advance using the designated booking system. Ensure that the time slot is appropriate for the type of service being performed and the availability of the studio and photographer.

It is essential to adhere to the scheduled time slot to avoid conflicts with other bookings.

2. Preparing the Studio

Arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes before the scheduled shoot time to set up the equipment and props. Ensure that all necessary equipment is functioning correctly and that the studio space is clean and clutter-free.

3. Conducting the Shoot

Follow the specific guidelines and requirements for each type of service (ex., headshots, product photography, etc.).

Communicate effectively with clients to meet their needs and expectations during the shoot.

4. Cleaning Up

Once the shoot is complete, carefully pack away all the equipment and props. Wipe down surfaces and ensure that the studio is left in a tidy and organized state. Additionally, ensure that any trash or debris is disposed of properly.

Respect the studio space and equipment to ensure their longevity and functionality. Report any damages to the studio or equipment immediately to management.

5. Closing Procedures

Before leaving the studio, turn off all lights, equipment, and electronics. Lock the studio securely and ensure any keys or access cards are returned to their designated location.

Create a folder in Google Drive with the name of the client/business. Then, upload all of the footage to that folder.

6. Feedback & Follow Up

Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience using the studio facilities. Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally.

Failure to comply with studio etiquette may result in restrictions or penalties for future bookings.
