Additional Blog Article & Content Writing Best Practices to follow:

1. Blog post should be 750 to 1,000 words in length

2. The blog post should be informative not promotional. Its ok for the last 2 or 3 sentences to be promotional about your business however the bulk of the content in the blog post should be informative. Think along the lines of tips, advice, how to’s etc etc etc.

3. The blog post content must be unique content and not copy and paste from any other site otherwise the site the post is posted on will get penalized for duplicate content. If need be rephrase any content barrowed from other sites so its unique content but still says the same thing. Below are some tools to check if a blog post content is unique content or not and any content needs to have a minimum 80% unique content score before going live... https://www.duplichecker.com/

4. The title meta tag and description meta tag should be unique for that blog post and not the same as the title meta tag should not be the same as the H1 tag in the content of the blog post.

5. The title meta tag should not exceed 70 characters including spaces and punctuation. The description meta tag should not exceed 156 characters including spaces and punctuation. A free tool below is good to check character lengths... https://wordcounter.net/

6. If you want the blog post to rank or help the rankings of the site the keyword you want for that blog post should be repeated 3% of the time out of all the written content. Example you have 100 words of content the keyword should be repeated in the content 3 times. However its also important the content reads well for the user so try to stick to this ratio as much as possible but do not sacrifice readability for human readers of the blog post.

7. Links in the blog post to other sites relevant to the blog post is helpful and will raise the authority score of the blog post. Also linking to other relevant pages of your site that are relevant to the blog post helps onsite SEO for the site.
